Hir-O, DosstheArtist, and L05 team up to bring you gOing gOing gOne, the first single from Computer Blue, an Electro-Jazz Hip-Hop mixtape presented by Detroit based rapper- producer duo DosstheArtist and Hir-O. 

DosstheArtist and Hir-O describe Computer Blue as a REAL life documentary on the perils of pills and heinous violence as observed in the mean and ridiculous city of Detroit MI.  The project features dynamic guest appearances from PjayD, L05, ACB, Dom Sirius, Haz Bey, Anomaly, and The Boy B.

The Doms x L05 - Get It In [REMIX]

The Doms (Yoshi & J Kelz) teamed up with L05 to do a remix of their track "Get It In", originally produced by Akira Shelton.  Giving the song a dubstep/downtempo vibe that contrasts the house/uptempo feel of the original, L05's remix transforms "Get It In" into an instant club jam.  Enjoy the free download!

On Tuesday, January 26th, the age-old rivalry between the University of Michigan and Michigan State will be taken to new heights as Ann Arbor's own, Branch Out Collective (B.O.C.) hits the stage alongside Lansing/East Lansing's finest, the BLAT! Pack.

The show will immediately be following the UM/MSU basketball game taking place at Crisler Arena in downtown Ann Arbor.

A FAMILY AFFAIR @ The Blind Pig, THIS SAT., August 15th!!

Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti are coming together for this summer's most thorough Hip-Hop night this Saturday (August 15th) at the Blind Pig. It Ain't Nuthin' But A Party! We'll have four turntables set up and all of the DJs will be spinning in pairs going back and forth "Tag-Team" style. All of the artists will be doing short non-stop performance sets that will go from about 11 - 12:30. Before the performances the DJ sets will be more chill (who knows, we might even kick off a freestyle cipher). After the performances we're going to PARTY! There will be no headliners or egos present, just a lot of fun and your city's best Hip-Hop rocking all night long. Spread the word!

Formerly known as Realeyez but still very much a part of Michigan hip hop super group Tree City, Clavius is known by most for spewing venomous vocals at will. However, his talents don't stop at the microphone. An avid guitarist and keen-eared producer, Clavius has been hard at work producing killer beat after killer beat.

CEL-EL @ The Neutral Zone Benefit Concert, ALL AGES, FRIDAY, May 29th!!

If you've been to this site before, you might have heard of Celsius Electronics. What you might not know is that Mike "Man In Charge" Hyter and Carlos "L05" Garcia of CEL-EL both work at the Neutral Zone Teen Center in Ann Arbor, MI (in fact that's where CEL-EL was born!).

In an effort to raise funds for the Neutral Zone music programs, Celsius Electronics, along with Chris Bathgate and Gunday Monday, are playing an ALL AGES early show at the Blind Pig THIS FRIDAY, May 29th.

If you're not familiar with the Neutral Zone, it is a diverse, youth-driven teen center dedicated to promoting personal growth through artistic expression, community leadership, and the exchange of ideas. Help the Neutral Zone's music programs! Budgets and funding are tight, but we are still determined to keep the space engaging and inviting. Come watch 4 of the Neutral Zone staff perform with their respective band mates.
